This menu in the texture baking workbench, offers you the ability to use the smart baking system:
Smart Bake:Which is a tool that uses advanced calculations and algorithms that negate the effect of having a flipped object's normal. while conventional texture baking softwares requires all the face normals to be displayed properly for the baking process to workout, SimLab Composer's smart baking offers you a smart solution to bypass that demanding step.
Object(s) Bake: which is similar to the traditional baking and will produce texture maps according to the face normals of the objects.
**By clicking the Smart Bake button, the Texture Baking Setting dialog box appears (as shown in the following image), the following options can be found in the Texture Baking Setting dialog box:
Texture Size:
Min: list menu 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, or 4096 (in pixels).
Max: list meny 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, or 4096 (in pixels).
Baking Quality:
Sample Per Pixel (SPP): controls the quality of the texture baking.
Dynamic Update (in SPP): controls at which rate should the texture baking results appear during the baking process.
Geometry Processing: fast or Top Quality

Polygons Per Object Limit: enter the number of ...
After confirming the baking settings by pressing OK, a progress box (as shown in the following image.) appears to reflect baking progress for each object being baked in addition to the overall progress. Clicking the Next Object button will skip baking progress for the current object.
